Version 3.3.2 and I would up in 3.3.3 I would put my DB in 3.3.3 without delete

You don't need to lose anything. If you just download the new ManGOS source and compile it (there are guides on this forum on how to do this.) & than just simply replace the old core by the new core (+ apply possible database updates.) this way you won't lose any data.
