I did a search and couldn't come up with anything that was working or current, but if this a repost then I apologize in advance. I have done this for several toons of mine. However, there is the time limit of 30 days in between name changes.

You need to have two accounts or a friend account to do this.

Step 1: Delete the toon that you want to name change make sure that you don't have a pending 30 day wait for a recent reinstated toon.
Step 2: Log onto your second account or have your friend do this.
Step 3: Make a toon with the exact same name and log on to the toon this is crucial it will not work if it hasn't been logged on. Tested.
Step 4: Make sure to at least put some time on your toon that you just made troll trade, level him up anything will do.
Step 5: Go and reinstate the toon that you had just deleted and it will be flagged for a name change.
Step 6: Enjoy your free name change
