Some changes/fixes:
- Patch 3.0.9 (Build 9551) so far works great! No crashes, nothing! Tested with 50+ players. So go ahead and patch up.
- SOTA updates and SOTA Battlemaster SQL patch ("2177_sota_battlemaster_gossip_text.sql")
- Enabled pet dismissal on mounting, pet retrieval on dismounting (only for Hunters now)
- Rare crash fix by NightQuest, --> Log In (http://arcemu.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=7606)
- Removed Poisons as profession.

* A fixed and tested (Win32 and X64) update to use PCH files in the script project files. Reduces compile time from around

* Created a second solution called "arcemuVC90 - All Projects.sln". It contains all projects in one solution.
The original "arcemuVC90.sln" is untouched.
