Is this the addon where it shows like a bar showing how many seconds before a spell is casted, how long before a boss casts a spell etc? Cause I've been trying to find the addon which does that. I seen someone use it before.

I think you might be talking about Deadly Boss Mods (http://www.deadlybossmods.com/downloads.php)(shows when a boss will cast a spell/starts a phase)

Nah, not DBM. It also shows when a PLAYER casts a spell/starts a phase.
