[request] Guild based server

ok, this might sound strange, i've seen a few "guild servers" around, and the idea is great.
it is not the traditional HORDE vs ALLIANCE server, instead, every thing is based on guilds: Guild A with horde and alliance members against Guild B.
where every city is a sanctuary and hordes can walk around any alliance city.

well, the thing is that i dont know anything about scripting and such, and i was wondering if there is any mod to make this happen and have a "guild based server"

if so, please let me know :D

This is like a mini-event in a normal server lol. Guild Wars in WoW.
