These macros are what I use to disenchant and prospect my gems to make profit.
Disenchanting Macro:
/cast Disenchant
/use Crystal Citrine Necklace
/use Bloodstone Band
/use Sun Rock Ring
/use Crystal Chalcedony Amulet
Prospecting Macro:
/cast Prospecting
/use Saronite Ore
To make profit:
The Addons You Need-
Auctioneer Adv. (http://auctioneeraddon.com/)
Professions Needed-
Enchanting 350+
Jewelcrafting 320 or so +
Items Requires-
Saronite Ore, a lot of Saronite Ore. A cheap price is a major plus depending on the ongoing price of enchanting mats.
500g or so. The more the better.
The Plan-
Well everyone knows Saronite Ore is dirt cheap and and JC is so gimped out you can make items. Well, with Jewelcrafting you try buying out all the Saronite Ore you can for about 20g a stack [What I buy them for.] Then send them to your Prospecter, use the macro I posted above and make sure AUTO LOOT IS TURNED ON.
With all those gems you figure you would put them on the AH, WRONG. Turn those gems into:
Crystal Citrine Necklace
Bloodstone Band
Sun Rock Ring
Crystal Chalcedony Amulet
Once done with making all this shiney jewelery, send them to your disenchanter, disenchant all the materials and then sell all your enchanting mats you get! Also sell all your rare quality gems, uncut or cut; you'd make even more money.

PROFIT BY JUST PLAYING THE AH!

Save all your Twilight Opals! WHY!?! Because in the upcoming patch the Twilight Opals are going to sell a lot because of the new gem thats going to be released.
