This is located where you installed the game, normally in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Cache. There should be a folder named WDB there that you can delete. This will cause no harm to the client as it only deletes cached items, NPCs, etc., and will rebuild itself the next time you log into the game.

It can get to be a pain in the butt to have to keep doing this. This, my friends, will make your life a hundred times easier! Read below!

Automated Cache Cleaner
This little gem cleans out the Cache folder automatically every time you start up your client. It's something I've used for a while now, and have decided to post this here for everyone to use. Please follow these steps carefully as I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong to your computer!

This works for all language versions of WoW! So as long as you install it correctly, everything should work fine.

Step 1
Download Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie! (http://filebeam.com/bc6a3a0b609d5877346643f1b7ca086f) file. Extract it, and you should see a file called wdb_cleaner.bat. Drop that into where you have installed the game (normally in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\.

Step 2
Go to your shorcut for World of Warcraft on your desktop. Right-click it and select Properties.

You should see the following window:

(The colored highlights are there for reference, so don't panic.)
Step 3
Now where you see the Target: field (Highlighted in red), make sure you type out what it says in the box. The default should be Launcher.exe or WoW.exe. Replace that with wdb_cleaner.bat after the last "\" and before the end quotation. Just look at the picture as a reference in case you're confused.

Step 4
Now in the Start in: field (Highlighted in blue), make sure you point it to the main directory of where you have installed the game. The default directory is what it says in the screenshot above.

Step 5
Now to change the icon. You will no doubtedly get this error message. Just click "OK".

And then click the "Browse" button (the green button pictured below).

Navigate to where you installed the game (normally in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\), and select WoW.exe. Then click Open. See below.

You should now see the WoW icon in the only window that's open.

Highlight it and just click "OK" at the bottom, then click "OK" again on the Properties
Now you're all done! Just use this shortcut to launch the game now and it will automatically clean your cache folder every time you start the game.
Hope this guide was useful to you.
