Hello i got a problem with my private server got

but it wont work i cant attack talk to npc the mobs is frendly?
help plzz

His repack should have came with a patcher if it did you need to use it. so it patches it and fixes the problem.
Drage the patcher into C:\programfiles\worldofwarcraft\ once you have it in there run it. once the window pops open click on the patch button. onces it patches close it and delete it. and try launch your server and launch wow.exe. If you dont have the patcher go to his download page to get it and follow the steps. Hope this helps.

Most likely it could be a bug issue, if so delete your cache
