[Release] Netherstorm.org

Hey!

So, where to begin? This system was built for netherstorm.org (http://netherstorm.org/), but it was never 100% finished.
However, it does have a a pretty solid base with lots of features inside of it. I did take out
the forum module and parts of the template as I didn't want those to be released. I suppose this
isn't good enough to be used on your own server, but you guys can probably learn a thing or two
from what I've done. All I ask is that if you use it you give credit where it's due. Don't try to
sell this and all that jazz, even if you only use a bit.

I might finish this thing up and turn it into a fully fledged CMS some day. We'll see.
If you want to continue working on it, please ask me first.

- News system with comments integrated with the forum system

- Password changer
- Character Selector page (used for the avatar on the forums)
- Voting
- Fully fledged forum system (removed from this release)

This is a Copy, plus it does not contain the Images that you are linking to Download, it's a fail release from Ac-Web. Just saying because its just PHP Code. No Design.
