What this script does is when a player reaches the specified kills listed in the enumerator 'eKills', he/she will receive one of the titles listed in 'eRanks'. This only works on player kills, not NPC (Wintergrasp) kills.
The ranking part of this should be consist with retails system. I'm not completely sure if it is or not. I just went off of a link to receive these honorable kills til rank.
I'm also not posting screenshots because this has been tested and works, besides, I'd have to get 100 kills to even take a picture! Unless I edit the database. :/
