Introduction
Hello everyone. My name is Aiven, I am a 23 years old professional art director, graphic designer and artist from Switzerland (www.aiven.net (http://www.aiven.net)). On a side job, I have been doing private servers administration for 3 years and founded 3 privates servers in the past. Since a few months now, I decided to leave my agency to work full-time on a brand new server, so this is something serious I am talking about with you. I set up a team of developpers and we worked hard on the developpment of our project: WowReach. We are all professionnals and motivated by the challenge.
The Realms
We have two teams of coders, 7 developers focused on game scripts and 2 developpers focused on website platform and also count 3-4 external coders. I have already spent a high budget and teamed-up with huge companies. We now have a very high ingame quality under WOTLK and are going to open our Cataclysm in the next few months.
Some of our features
• Blizzlike PvP with smart modifications. The Rates are low.
• Players choose their XP rates after creating a character, then they get rewarded at lvl80 depending of the rate they chose. The harder, the better.
• Weekly Events (auto-activated — the Rates of our choice are changed during a weekend)
• Capital Events (we are creating more animation around the capitals mixing PvE/PvP)
• Grey-level players are protected, higher levels cannot attack them.
• Receive notifications of World PvP in your chat.
• Dynamic V-maps — no wallcast through game objects.
• CCdelay — a feature loved by PvP gamers.
• Working spells, battlegrounds, arena, raids, dungeons & quests.
We are teaming-up with another server for the game development, it is why we have a strong quality.
• Bonus Packs (they can be won freely against vote or during IG events, strong concept — more info on demand.)
• We have created a system to log all actions by Guilds, they earn levels & then get rewarded (a bit like in cataclysm but on WOTLK)
• They guilds above a certain level will be able to create their portal on WowReach, highly customizable.
• Our website is totally social with (community blogs, images, videos,…)
• Our support helpdesk is very professional and will replace lots of ingame tickets.
• We have a LiveChat to give quick support to players.
• Players earn vote points when they just post content (images, videos, blog, topics, comments)
• Armory very detailed & social oriented
• LiveStream functionalities
Available positions
To complete our team which is for the moment only composed of coders and me, I am looking for strongly experienced and motivated new staff members who have professional behavior. Minimum age is 16 years old. Any countries are welcomed as long as you own a working Microphone, Skype & TeamSpeak. You must have a good english also.
