"Failed to launch critical file" error popup fix for HB and PQI/PQR users

Hello folks. Well this morning I tried logging in but as we all know (users of PQI/PQR and HB) we like to use our WoW
in .32 bit mode. So I personally couldn't update and login to WoW
and I could imagine some of you couldn't either I was getting this error::: http://i.imgur.com/Xh6ngs2.png
