You can disable Mmaps in Worldserver.conf if you prefer not to download or extract those Mmaps, but Mmaps are recommended to use for proper pathing (otherwise, your bots will aggro through walls and walk through closed doors, etc). Links are provided above to download all the folders in archive files. I have also included the extractor within the TOOLS folder in the repack if you want to extract them yourself.
