Tome of World Flying (Fly anywhere at Level 45) 3.3.5A

Here is a script that lets you purchase a Tome of World Flying from any mount vendor and use it at level 45. Notice I'm in Stormwind! It teaches you spell 31700 if available on your server and gives you the Flying Black Qiraji Battle Tank. When summoned it randomly casts it with one of 4 different not readily available in game mount models, (Celestial Steed, Black Proto Drake, Swift Yellow Wind Rider and Blazing Hippogryph) See screens attached.
