I listed few EMU compiles and I am willing to release it.

OpenBasic Emu

Some information:
OpenBasic Emu is new started emulator based of HeartStone. I'm fully supporting this project and I think that it'll have great future.
The bad side of this emulator is his start. This project started recently, so development is not that good.

Some information:
ArcEMU is well developed emulator since patch 2.4.3. Some people only flame it but I support ArcEMU like everyother emulator.
Have fun with custom Vehicles patch.
