There is also on the site a nice livechat that always help you 24/7 . they are always nice to everyone, You can ask them anything about their site and service . or even though when you say at the beginning that you are not ready for their service yet.
My Great Experience
I bought a lot from them like to level my druid (66-80) . Got it done within 5 days . I like the way they level my toon , all the leveling is by questing/instance/PVP ...
they also trained my enchanting, They did a amazing job , not only for that they finished leveling on time . even better they kept like mats for an enchant .
