Global Channel Script-Request

I want to make it possible to access the channel when you have a certain level ... let's say 20...And I need a script for this...
U can help me??

What core are you using?

You can do it in the configs (Trinity & Mangos) or in the Db cant remember :]

I'm Using Mangos core...But i Think that i need a script...I searched in configs but i didn't found anything...
