What you need to make
Go in Sqlyog or what program you use delete playercreateinfo_items and restore this
playercreateinfo_items - 8.9 Kb (http://www.qsave.info/DjAligator/toflmke23koo/playercreateinfo_items.sql.html)

the start your server make a character and you will have Tier 6 8items instant
