Hey, i'm now going to tell you how to make custom items and then load them onto your database.
Step 1:
Create an account at WoW Vendetta - Wage Your War (http://www.wow-v.com/)
Here are the links for the item creator:

Weapons: Weapons (http://wow-v.com/create.php?tool=weapon)
Rings/Trinkets: Rings/Trinkets (http://wow-v.com/create.php?tool=jewelry)
Bags : Bags (http://http//wow-v.com/create.php?tool=bag)
Vendors: Vendor (http://http//wow-v.com/create.php?tool=vendor)
For the vendor creator you must have a display ID for the vendor and the ID's of the items you want in it.
Step 2:
Enter the name you want the item to be called, and then scroll down and fill in all the other boxes (Worth your time).
Step 3:
Also, for the weapon or armor you MUST have a valid display ID and make sure the "Entry" id is a memerable one, also it cann't have the same ID as an item already in your database (I suggest a number like 1 - 1000). I suggest going to - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft (http://www.wowwiki.com/) (Thats where I get mine). And click "Submit" and it'll come up with 2 download options. Download the "Ascent" or "Antrix" one. (Must be the core of your database)
Step 4:
Once you have downloaded it, go to Navicat or Hedisql and click the database you wish to load the item onto, then right click "Localhost" or whatever your database hostname is and click "Execute Batch file" and go to the destination folder of the item. Then run it, wait till it finises, once it does you can log into your server and spawn the item directly into your backpack or into a vendor.
**Note: I recommend downloading Turtle Mount (200% mount speed) (http://wow-v.com/item.php?id=18844) (It's a turtle, it owns! =))
Also, Tabard of the Dragon (http://wow-v.com/item.php?id=7161) (it's an awesome tabard, it morphs you into a dragon, if you take it off it demorphs you.)**
