About the Project


Echoes of Azeroth is a new RP-PvE Progressive Vanilla project focused on bringing back the classic feeling of adventure, exploration, progression, and community interaction that made Vanilla memorable.


Our goal is not to rush players through the game or heavily modify the original experience. Instead, we aim to preserve the spirit of Vanilla while introducing carefully selected Quality of Life systems that improve the journey without removing the challenge, progression, or social aspect of the game.


This project is being built for players who enjoy a slower and more meaningful road through Azeroth, where leveling, professions, grouping, dungeons, exploration, and community interaction matter again.

Current Development Stage


Echoes of Azeroth is currently in Alpha.


We already have a growing community of testers and interested players following the project, with over 100 players involved or waiting for the next testing stage.


We are now preparing the road toward Pre-Beta, where more systems, zones, dungeons, and gameplay features will continue to be tested, polished, and improved with community feedback.


During this stage, our main priority is stability, gameplay quality, and making sure the world feels clean before opening the server to a wider audience.

Testing and Community Feedback


During Alpha and the upcoming test phases, we are actively testing and reviewing many parts of the Vanilla world to ensure a clean and stable experience.


Current testing focus:


- Quest flow and quest rewards
- NPC behavior and interactions
- Dungeon access and progression
- Zones and exploration
- Flight paths
- Boats, zeppelins, and map transitions
- Loot systems
- Group and social systems
- Crossfaction functionality
- General gameplay stability


Players who actively help during Alpha and Beta testing by reporting bugs, testing systems, and providing useful feedback may be considered for future rewards as appreciation for supporting the project during its early stages.
