Help with LAN

I have a server running on my LAN but i can only connect to the server on the computer i have the server all the other computers cannot...the realms show up on the game but when i try to connect nothing happens...so i guess this is a IP problem or Port Problem...i´m using TrinityCore Zellcorp´s GM and Blizz repack so can you help me out with the ports and the IP so all the computers on my LAN can connect...? please i´m despered...
I have on port fowarding this ones 3306 , 8085 , 3724 and 4096...do i forgot anyone...? and about the IP how can i edit or what can i do...? on the realmlist.wtf i have the 127.0.0.1 (on the computer where i have the server) but on the other ones i have the IP of the computer on the LAN...is that the problem...?? please someone help me out...

Now please can anyone tell me why i can´t access the server with other computers on my LAN...?? where should i go or what should i do so the server is open to the other computers and not just the one where the server is...?
Please someone help me out...
