For this you Need:

Repack - My recommendation is the V3 of the 4.1.0 Monster Repack Here on MMOFUSE.

MySQL - Should come with repack, if you want the real server Version use google :D

Apache or any other Web software - Comes with repack and most server towers come with IIS Installed.

Visual C++ 2008 - You must find this yourself Recommend checking google.

Alright, not sure how these types of forums work or anything and no... i've had no experience with making a Cata private server. But i did however have a couple WOTLK 3.3.5 servers easily work.

Now the bigggest problem i am having with everything. Is getting those damn 'Dll' files to work. I've tried downloading them... Extracting them into the Server Core Folder. Repairing them with several types of crap online. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for that. All but those DLL files when i open my 'Authserver.exe' and my 'worldserver.exe'.

When i finally got all the Dll files that those two exe. 's required me to extract in the folder. They open correctly. But its blank. Nothing happens. Like something went wrong. To get to the point... I was wondering if you might know anything about this and or if you could help me out. +rep
