Fix for bugged raise dead spell (Pet Ghoul) DKs on Cataclysm repacks.

I love repacks. Just noticed all the Cata repacks I've played and tested Dawn, Ozeneu, Tree 4.06-4.20. The DK's Raise Dead spell is bugged whether it is Unholy spec or general. Just wanted to post some insight if you anyone can change it in mysql or the dbc comiples to get it working permanently from scratch after training and speccing Unholy.

Tested pretty thoroughly following Raise Dead spell IDs.

Raise Dead spell ID 46584 seems permanently broken and thats the one you learn from your trainer or start with. When you click that it also breaks the following working Raise Dead spells until you logout.

Unholy Spec should be spell ID 52150. Once you manually learn that on a DK it gives you your ghoul pet and should also save on logout and on current repack I'm using you can see him behind you in the character select screen. Also benefits from Ghoul glyph gives 40% of your stamina and strength to your ghoul.

Raise Dead spell ID 46585 for general working 1min ghoul. Blizzlike Blood and Frost spec DK.

Temporary mechanic for Dark Transformation which I also find is always broken :-(.
".pet learn 70900" target your ghoul and then drag the dark transformation ability to your pet bar and make it auto. He will transform straight away. To make it turn back you have to take it off auto as well as make a macro ".unaura 70900" and highlight your ghoul's portrait.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area or if this is old news. Hope this helps and can some way be used to fix broken spell triggers, I don't know how to make the changes in mysql or in server.
