Information about me:
- My real name is Matt and I'm 19 years old, I'm living in United States and born in town called Knoxville. Currently in school I'm studying economic informatics and C++ from that year.I know only two languages which are German and English, I love to listen some music while I'm alone in home but I'm not big fan of that, watching TV, getting out with friends or drink something. After I finish my current school ( after 2 years ), I might continue with learning but I still think about that.
Experience in Retail/Private servers:
- Last time I played retail was long ago, I started when WoW was in TBC and I stopped playing when Wotlk came out because I didn't like it much. While playing retail I had about 100 friends because I was in guild. I remember back then when we was doing Black Temple and stuff like that, owning up in battlegrounds. I wasn't very popular, but much players knew me, I helped a lot of people and I some of them also helped me to get some really nice gear which I really appreciate. 1 month before I quit retail, guild was removed for unknow reason and I never knew it but I still played and joined a new one, actually they was from the old guild. Overall, I'm happy that I played in retail for few months until blizzard didn't released Wotlk and ruin my enjoyable gaming. When I left retail, first I decided to create my own server, I tryed few times but it didn't happend as I wanted. Reasons are very clear - not enough skills, money, no host, didn't have good staff. All this compile and database stuff, all the fixes I need to do because I didn't had money for developers and other stuff. I started playing like player in different servers, I saw in few of them that they are recruiting Game Masters and I decided to try out. Most of you know that good servers have high requirements, like big played time in-game, few weeks in forums, posts and such thigns, I wasn't so old and I didn't even know English as good as now so I had problems getting Game Master at some of the good server but when I did, I acted very mature for my age and always followed the rules. It's a long story but in few words I might say that my experience is very big, fair enough being professional Game Master.
What does being a GM mean to you?:
- Game Master as most of you know is what most of the people want to apply but they don't know the real meaning of it. To be Game Master is not easy deal, you can't just enter put your GM tag on and additems to yourself. Game Master position is responsible and serious, players and even staff trust you while thinking that you're going to handle the situation and be one real Game Master. Answering tickets is one of the main job while being a Game Master. You must be friendly, polite and respectful with the players so they can be with you too. About the staff, you must be friendly, work in team and respect them, always listen the higher staff and do your job. After doing your job and deal with different situation, helping to server, dealing with problems and much more, staff and players will trust you more. This means that one day you will get higher position and the respect you deserve! In other side, you can always have some fun in your free time as Game Master, if rules allow it. No matter what is the situation and how you must act, one Game Master always must be professional and act mature so players/staff can see what person you are. Acting immature or abusing your power will only lead to demoted or being fired from the staff, to be honest I have done such things but only once and I won't do that ever again.
Game Master/Adminisrator/Event Master experience:
- I have a lot of Game Master experience, I was Game Master in few good servers and in many which failed even at start. From all this time being a GM, I learned many things and I gave many tips to a people which want to be GM one day. I'm professional, helpful, work in team, friendly, I have good GM commands knowledge and maturity. About me being a GM I can say that one of my duty is to help the people and I really love doing that, reading tickets and help to resolve the issues. I like to share my ideas with the server so it can be better as much as possible.I have done tons of tickets and I know the commands for that. I'm able to work with custom commands, my knowledge of GM commands is huge and I know most of the importnat commands. I know the Trinity, Mangos and Arcemu commands and I have no problem working on them but If I have to choose I say Trinity. About administrator experience I can only say that I was only few times because server died or the position was already taken, I pretty much believe I can handle the position depends what the Owner wants me to know. I can spend average 5-6 hours per day on server doing my job. I have programs like Vent and TS but my microphone isn't working well. Some of the servers which doesn't actually need specialy Game Master, they also add the position which I think most of you know as Event Master. I started building events in my own server, if I can actually call it like that because it was repack from here which I downloaded. I started with stairs events or like I call them jump events, I created few and I thought it's very interesting so I continued, after couple of times I wanted to learn something new, so I went in google and I searched what kind of events there are, since I was actually pretty new to this and I didn't know much. Then I saw the PvP events, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 5v5 and much more. When I started to work in servers like Event Master I did many events and I really enjoyed that's why before much time I wanted to be Event master instead of Game Master. Of course the Event Master which had more experience than me told me what are the rules but I mostly wanted to use the arena rules. Actually, now I can't even remember when was the last time like me being a Event Master but it's long time ago. I haven't forgot everything about being a Event Master and I'm pretty good right now. Before when I was Event Master I didn't know very good English like now ( I don't say that I know/speak perfect English now but it's better than before ). Most of the times players doesn't listen to my commands and I have to freeze them, later they cry "Why did you freeze me" "I will report you" and stuff like that. I always want my events to be done without any problems and always looking for hackers or people which broke the rules. I have been Game Master on the following servers :

- Unlimited Gaming
- Estrania WoW
- Panda WoW
- Drakon WoW
- WoW-Smash
That's the ones I remember, most of the others which I didn't include, they couldn't even start.
In-game developer/developer experience:
- I don't actually really know the exactly mean of "in-game developer" but I can actually do some stuff in-game like, adding NPC/Vendors, creating malls, spawn mobs ( level road ), create events etc. I have seen most servers having this position but I'm not looking foward it because I don't have much experience in it and I might make some mistake which will annoy others. About being a C++ developer, last in year school I started to learn this code language and it's not that easy to get use to it but with the time I hope I will learn, I got almost no experience in creating custom scripts and fixing stuff with C++. About being a SQL dev, I have some good experience, I can handle with creation of NPC/Vendor/Mobs/Quest/Items and other stuff, all I need is to have db access to world. I can work fine with the most of the table in database, like spell_bonus_data, I can nerf or buff spells from there. Recently I have been working daily on adding new stuff to database and fixing stuff so my experience is increasing slowly.I'm pro with Lua Scripting and very good with C# Programming also the VB is my Job too (:.In my opinion, I think I can use this exerience as a bonus if I get accepted as Game Master or higher rank, rank like Co-Owner needs to know how to work with database and such so it's required to know it.
