GF getting Bullied, best way to stop?

Hey guys
Sad news, my GF is getting bullied, what is the best way to stop it WITHOUT being Physical since I'm in the army..?

Where duz your GF getting bullied , School / work ? since both have to do something about it , its the law ...
specialy work since you girlfriend can be a threat for the other's and work process ...

If I weren't this far away the school had to protect the bullies from me.. ;) But I'll talk to her :)
