2. Move the extracted Server folder directly under your C: drive
3. Download the maps and dbc files

4. Move the extracted maps and dbc folder to your C:\Server\elder\Win32 (or x64) folder
5. Start the C:\Server\MySQL.bat file
6. Start your C:\Server\elder\Win32\restarter.exe file
Create an Admin account at the mangosd console
