What kind of servers do you guys like the best?
I personally like High-Rate servers with about 40x rates. And stuff, because then when you hit 80, you get a accomplishment. :D
Give me some ideas, I might be starting up a server.

hum i like custom if i want blizzlike i would play blizz you know?
I prefer the Instant 80 Servers.. Once T8 Comes out, hopefully, the servers that are Instant 80, and have Custom malls, start out in Tier 7/ Decent Acessories Epics, and then from there, either Raid or PvP.
Fun Server w/ Raiding? I guess... ;)
PVP battle ground servers are really fun to me.

I perfer a nice Highrate server with rates that arent too funserver like nd that aren't too blizz-like around 20x or 30x rates are perfect for me :)
For a server, make sure you have content that keeps the players busy so they won't leave 5 minutes after they joined.
So that would probably end up being high-rate 20-60x or instant 70/80 with low rates.
