[Release] True 4.3.4 Repack/Core [Alpha]

I'm having a small problem here.
When I try to start-up Apache or MySQL, access is denied, same thing with mangoSD and realmd, access is denied on everything. I cannot access the database, access is denied. I'm not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong here.

Also, the How To Setup the Server.txt document doesn't help me at all.
"Move the Folder that contains everything, somewhere that the name of the Folder or any direction behind it doesn't contain any other letters than english." boggles my mind, do you mind clearing this up?

Mr. Demineaux, none of my members ever had this problem, so i would recommend to you to give permissions for read and write on the whole folder as your Windows OS, is not configured correctly. If you know how to give permissions to a folder than you are good to go, if not then don't even try to reply here, how to, as this is a WoW Emulation Folder for MaNGOS and only MaNGOS.

Thanks for your help but what can i do now? wait for a new repack? or can you give me a solution??

I've given read and write permissions to all the files as a troubleshoot, I have worked on this for a few hours before coming here to ask. I'm not sure what my unique situation is here. I have the log text here:

I used the initial password at first, then changed it and attempted again. Does this problem coincide at all with already having run a different mySQL server in the past?

Well check if you have already a MySQL running before you run mine. And if you do, be sure to close it from the services panel.

Done that as well, and went through every tool in the folder, and have removed all previous MySQL databases as well(they also ran under localhost) but it still wishes to deny me my power.
So I'm just going to re-download it all, using the 6 smaller files and installing them together, instead of taking 5 hours to download the 7zip file, and try to figure this out from scratch. Thank you for the help, I'll come back if I've exhausted every method possible without success.
