Jay. I paid already and your people are trying to make me pay AGAIN for my vps that was shut down and now I want it re activated and they making me pay again. They said payment didn't work but I know for a fact it did.
I am the one dealing with your ticket. You charged back the payment. Once you canceled it, I got a phone call from Innovative Merchant Solutions that your payment was charged back.

You do. When you charge back a payment, it takes the money from us and gives it back to you. We dont have the payment.
