In-Game spawned NPC's where do they get saved?

Hey,
im a beginner in SQL Development. I want to know, If I spawn an NPC Ingame, is this spawn saved in the Database?
And if yes, in which? (World?)

In the world database there are two tables. creature, and creature_addon
