-personal repack for releasing on wow forums (mysql , apache development)

II.Pack 2 includes:
-Private server development this includes to create a private server from 0% to 100% does not includes website development)

III.Pack 3 includes:
-Private server development this includes to create a private server from 0% to 100% includes website development)

VI.Pack 4 includes:
-Core compiling 2 times per week only ArcEmu emulator

***Added ArcEmu Revision 2179 and so the repack is available for 3.0.9 PATCH Folks!!***
***Fixed Apache error so now the apache is working great***
***Fixed playercreateinfo_items so now if you want to update the repack to newer ArcEmu revisions works!!! No more naked chars!!***
***Added an npc warper with a long list of teleports so know are available to modalities to teleport 1.The Npc Warper and 2.The Warp Stone from backpack***
***Fixed the warp stone for Horde And Alliance Cities no more porting to a single location!!***
***Added an Arena Event Generator which spawns go objects and despawns them after 15 secounds***
***Added RedRidge Custom event an obstacle course event at the Finnish you will get 5 Emblems of Heroism***
***Added Custom Boss Battle its very hard to defeat him but if you will manage you will get 65 Emblems Of Heroism the boss is an caster with insane damage***
***Added locations in warp item and in the warp npc for tthe two events***
***Fixed the custom weapons now more stamina***

***Changed Trainers for some bug fixes***
***The vendors are now repaired ....now you can talk to them***

***ArcEmu rev 2140***
***Changed the 2 Malls Zones Now the horde mall is in Shattrath and Alliance is into the instance Blackwing Lair ( i made the instance non-instance is a free zone)***
***Added same Weapon and Tier 8 Vendors but with different cost id now it is available to buy new items with 8000 honor points and the vendors are in the arenas.***
***I have added a new custom arena which is situated in Gates of Ahn' Qiraj there are spawned some nice fireworks.***
***Added PvPTitles (Thanks to faddix) system now:
