Some changes/fixes:

- Added the initial framework for implementing vehicles (Thanks to Andy for the vehicle structure)

reason is optional. Duration string works correctly (default to minutes where

ArcEmu_rev2180.rar - 8.5 Mb --(Patch 3.0.9 (Build 9551) support)--
--> UPDATE/Fix for rev_2180 -- Updated DBC files for v3.0.9- 4.9 Mb
Note:
Apply sql update in "\Sql_updates\world_updates" folder:
--> "2177_sota_battlemaster_gossip_text.sql"
New/Updated file in configs folder:
--> "arcemu-logonserver.conf" (just changes in MIN/MAX client build for 3.0.9 support)
Some changes/fixes:
- Patch 3.0.9 (Build 9551) so far works great! No crashes, nothing! Tested with 50+ players. So go ahead and patch up.
- SOTA updates and SOTA Battlemaster SQL patch ("2177_sota_battlemaster_gossip_text.sql")
- Enabled pet dismissal on mounting, pet retrieval on dismounting (only for Hunters now)
- Rare crash fix by NightQuest, --> Log In
- Removed Poisons as profession.

* A fixed and tested (Win32 and X64) update to use PCH files in the script project files. Reduces compile time from around
30 minutes to 3 minutes.
* Created a second solution called "arcemuVC90 - All Projects.sln". It contains all projects in one solution.
The original "arcemuVC90.sln" is untouched.
