NEW RELEASE ALPHA CORE

The installer will install the files into the directory folder.
To start your server a short cut icon will be placed on your desktop,
if not then you can locate the core.exe file here.

Code:

C:\World of Warcraft\Core\Core.exe

Once the core starts you will see it starting mysql and httpd
this is for your database and your website.

You have a new config.xml file where you can change the username to your users name to pull back your data from your command center desktop at wiistream.

The website is fully inter-graded into wiistream so every user that joins your server will think its your website because it is you have full access to add videos pictures music backgrounds feeds or information ect.

And all your users who register on your site can login to wiistream to make friends and share. the good news is you can add to your personal website so your users can do more from you. and you also have wiistream that you do not have to worry about developing and you do not have to worry about it not getting developed I work on it every day.

You can login with the users names
USERNAME:Administrator
PASSWORD:Administrator

USERNAME:gamemaster
PASSWORD:gamemaster

If you want to make your server public there is guides on this forum topic that will show you how to open ports and check your website if its online.
But if you want your users to login to your server you will need to upload your account table to your real websites database and set your authserver.conf logondatabseinfo to your websites mysql with users name and password.

I do not know if it is just my PC or what because I can create a account on my localhost and not be able to login to wow.

but I can login if i set my authserver.conf to connect to my websites mysql.
Its very strange and I do not understand it yet.

you can change realmlist to logon.wiistream.net and test the core out before you try it.

you can not make a account but can login with the usernames above so only 5 players can login at a time.

What is this Repack?
I do not know how to start the emu?
no no Apache.exe mysql.exe and no maps.
please help as I want to start the emu

you know how to start up task manager on your computer? Start that up make sure you do not have MYSQL running already.. and is your PC 32 BIT do you get any errors? saying your missing some thing?
The server will not start if you have mysql running already on your pc kill that process then try to start your core.
Also i noticed on install I was missing some files. then I installed it again and i had all the files.

I do not know. what your problem is. Check task manager thats my guess. My guess is that you have mysql installed on your PC and its running. all the files are located in
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\core\

also make sure you install it in that folder or it might not work
Linkage can be the problem. If we are looking for a file that is located here C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\core\file.lnk and you installed the core here D:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\core\file.lnk

have 1x 64 bit PC and notebook 1x 32 bit
Have both your Repack installed. according to your instructions.
when I connect the two could not. (log server not found)

Unfortunately, not too bad for me useful.
I also made Cata repack 4.0.3. So also have little experience.

But I wish you success in your Project.

Ok I am now uploading the new repack. i would delete the repack you downloaded and redownload the same repack the new repack is 89mb I hope it works for you this time.
just remember to install it were your world of warcraft folder is.

my wow folder is default C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft
if you install it some where else just make sure the Core folder is in your world of warcraft folder this is so you can launch wow
This is correct install.
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Core
or any where else \World of Warcraft\Core

Do not install it like this
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft\Core

Hello I seen on the log in page to change my realm list to 127.0.0.1 I did so and it also tells me to change it in the DB I i see in the core folder db and i've tryed to open it but it fales when i do. what am i doing wrong? also at the top where you posted you say to Copy the WoW.exe and paste it where your world of warcraft Cataclysm version 4.0.6 build 13623 is installed. do you mean copy the core where the wow.exe is or copy the wow.exe to where the core is? and thanks for the help.

you do not have any way to change it unless you have a DB editor like navicat.

ill fix it in a update patch ill make for you.

Thank you. also about the wow.exe im still a bit confused of where it needs to be put. do i make a copy of it to go into the core folder?

The WoW.exe defaut location is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe

But I have 32 bit wow installed on my PC And I do not know if your 32 bit or 64 bit. the core will work both 32 bit and 64 but as for wow.exe I do not know? So I would make a back up of your WoW.exe Frist before you replace.
And if you already replaced and your getting a wow error. delete the WoW.exe in the default folder and do a wow repair.

This could be new problems We run into if so Ill amke a repack that will include the extra .dll if you getting .dll errors and a 64 bit update for the 64 users.
