Black Temple Rewrite Thanks to HearthStone Core and SADB Rev2
All instance and Raids Doors and gates are Unlock able
Quests Point Of Interest Opcode fixed
Need some more work in SADB Rev2 Phases

Based on ascent For WoW 3.3.5
Skip previous release as SADB has a lot of work to do with Phases
and Thanks to DarkAngel39 for Arcdb as it works better with my Emulator
