Whatever port's you have configured for your Logonserver and Worldserver. So for instance if it's an Ascent derivative you'd unblock the defaults of 3724/tcp and 8129/tcp.

Sounds to me like you are using the wrong version of DBC files for the core that you compiled. Change one or the other.

You don't need, nor want, all 3, and you should not list your external. All you need is to map it to either 127.0.0.1 or your internal address depending on how you are binding your services.
