Simply Have A fishing pole and do the following :

1 - Buy
Arcane Lure
of Auction House ( costs 20g or so or buy from vendor )

2- Head to Azsuna and fish in the Pools : Cursed Queen Fish ,can be found around Narthalas Academy and other places.

3- Fish
Rusty Queenfish Brooch
or buy it off auction house

4- Head to 64.51 - 22,44 and Use it

5- you will get buff for 5min fishing
Ghostly Queenfish
unlimited that gives 5 skills per fish

6- you will get another lure eventually from it and murlocs spawning



it took me exactly 57min to hit 800 and was unlucky with finding the Pools ,

Note : Don't use Lures for rare bait / fish while using Ghostly Bait it will cancel it out and lose the buff.
