[Mangos] Make Public Server Without Hamachi

I've got the exact same problem as Heimsath has, and I triple checked everything and even went through your guide again to make sure that there was absolutely nothing that I had done wrong. I'm not sure what it is that I did wrong, but I missed it multiple times. lol.

My hosts config shows

127.0.0.1 eckert.kicks-ass.net
192.168.1.1 eckert.kicks-ass.net
71.81.76.146 eckert.kicks-ass.net

Realmlist @realmd shows

Name:Eckert Address:eckert.kicks-ass.net

I looked over the ports to make sure they were all correct, and I've got them set to my pc's static ip address.

in the column only.

Correct me if im wrong.

Sorry, that is what it is in there as tho, it was my mistake, i didn't put it in there as code and was meaning the name of the server is "Eckert" and under the address it has "eckert.kicks-ass.net"

And also, I've found that I can join the server from the PC I'm running on, unlike Heimsath's problem, but cannot join it on the mac I normally run wow on.
I can join Heimsath's server but he cannot join his own, so we sort of came up with the opposite reactions for setting it up.

Hi, i was following all your steps, but, when i change my realmlist.wtf from wow folder to deathscythewow.servegame.com, and then log on wow, with Administrator account, its says : Unable to connect to the server realm list. What it have to do? Yes i change my realmlist in database to deathscythewow.servegame.com, open all ports, check it 4 times, disable firewall, open ports in firewall, check hosts 4 times... check ips 4 times... Please help.

I have Wireless and Windows 7.

Hmmm.. .Maybe your Windows Firewall or Anti-Virus blocking you...

Its imposible , i have disabled antivirus and windows firewal..., i do a thing, in realmlist in realmlist database i put mi external ip 83.109... and it works i can into in my servers, this works for make public?, and in host file in windows i have write...

My mate had lots of problems with "servegame" addresses. Before, we could enter the server, once he changed to servegame, it didn't work. He changed it to ath.cx, and it worked. I just think the servegame.org/com etc addresses are pretty poor. Try another one.

Sorry to ask this... i have a server running on my LAN but i can only connect to the server on the computer i have the server all the other computers cannot...the realms show up on the game but when i try to connect nothing happens...so i guess this is a IP problem or Port Problem...i´m using TrinityCore Zellcorp´s GM and Blizz repack so can you help me out with the ports and the IP so all the computers on my LAN can connect...? please i´m despered...
I have on port fowarding this ones 3306 , 8085 , 3724 and 4096...do i forgot anyone...? and about the IP how can i edit or what can i do...? on the realmlist.wtf i have the 127.0.0.1 (on the computer where i have the server) but on the other ones i have the IP of the computer on the LAN...is that the problem...?? please someone help me out...
