Chat does not work?

server v5 download dosent work
goes to the site click download and it just repets

When I try to log-in with the account admin admin I get a message that says I have to update the account to a battle.net account
Anyone else having this issue?
Tried to follow the instruction to the letter.
Set my realmist to 127.0.0.1
I have a complete client and I was using the patched exe provided with the core.
So... What am I doing wrong?
