Map file 'data/maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please,
create new using ad.exe program.

The AD is the latest found in the tools of your repack

I also have installed the latest db posted but no luck so far.

My client is updated to the 3.3.2 so that's rule also out file mismatch

Could someone please post a working 0004331.map or better a suitable ad.exe for this relase since I fear that even if we got that one right ... other files may be wrong as well.

please use characters db in attachment for my last update its tested and it works the problem that mysql crashed and it was not dumping the right data

Used the attached db but still nothing. I believe what is wrong is in the core db.

I can tell you that since I have tried to compile yesterday a last version of a mangos and with that maps is working.

Your db, at least the one that I got on, is a version 350 so I believe is missing a bit of informations.

Sorry, I know what I'm gonna ask is a bit too much from you, but it will be very nice if you can (re)post it enterely as is in your actual working configuration, so we can drop everything we have now on and load that and be ready to go?

no actually you are using the wrong characters db
that's why you r geting this error
that's what i think
u have to extract chr db with the one i have in the update if your using my update core and make sure the name of chr db is the same as in world.conf

the problem that mysql was not dumping the right data for char

but self extract archive direct to C:\Beautiful_mind_final_Repack and extract direct to C:\
use ad.exe to extract maps (but it in your World of Warcraft folder and double click on ad.exe and wait till finish
use makevmaps_SIMPLE to create vmaps and wait till finish it might take from 1/2 an hour to 2 hours depending on your system
create a folder in C:\Beautiful_mind\Win32_Release core rev 418 and name it data this folder where you place dbc maps and vmaps
use EmulationStarter to start your server
to start registration page u have to start apatche and open localhost

mysql user : root
mysql pass : ascent
logon game user : administrator
and password : administrator

i think you have an ip problem
i think you have made changes to ip in hosts file
if you did you will still have the same problem with any repack
the first line in hosts always should be as follow
127.0.0.1 localhost

I'm ve religiusly followed all of your indications, without if or but, yet once executed the Rworld still hang on the map error.

I'm currently rebuilding the map folder with your AD command included in this package for my peace of mind, and after, if still dont work, I will try a repair on my client just to be on the very safe side.

If everything dont work.. someone could suggest me a good exercist for my computer or alternatively where to buy a serius big hammer?
