First I use this macro to extend the graphics past Ultra:

I turn off the GUI by pressing alt+z and then zoom into my toon all the way. (Sometimes I will press the home key to make sure my toon is looking straight forward)

Then I bind this macro to a key and press it 8 times (making sure to wait until the Screenshot Captured text is gone):

And then it's Photoshop CS4.

No, you don't have to wait... you can continue to download the patch, but as soon as it's done I can't confirm whether the repack will work until I can test it myself.

update, CU_0055 executed successfully no errors server running great

Also just for info. got through talking with my son and in regards to the new 4.0.0 patch,
he said that it will let you download it but it will not install it until cataclysm comes out.
and he said that that won't be until sometime in November according to Blizzard.
