I have the TDB Update 355.53

When I try batch the file I get the error!

The TDB 4.3.4 5 Update is successful.
But when i start the Server with TDB4.3.4 5 Update world become Error:

Cannot connect to world database localhost;3306;root;ascent;world

What am I doing wrong?
