UDB/YTDB Converter Mangos --> ArcEmu

This is a project i started before i quitted
emulation, after request from Hasbro, and i wanted to share those
converters that i finished, for those that
want to try it or continue on the project.
The purpose of these SQL converters is
to make Mangos databases compitable to ArcEmu.

Here is what i did finish before i quitted:

* creature templates 100%
* creature spawns 100%
* creature waypoints 100%
* gameobject templates 100%
* gameobject spawns 100%
* items template 100%
* vendor templates 100%

The structure convert was done at:
MaNGOS 8075+ to ArcEmu Rev 2716+
Works on UDB 381 & YTDB 467

Im sure its easy to update to todays structure
for those that is interested to continue on these converters.

Anyway, here is the sql queries for the parts i finished:

creature templates/spawns/waypoints:
MaNGOS to ArcEmu Creatures & Spawns Table Converter.sql

object templates/spawns:
MaNGOS to ArcEmu Objects & Spawn Table Converter.sql

items templates:
MaNGOS to ArcEmu Items Table Converter.sql

vendor templates:
Mangos to ArcEmu Vendor Table Converter.sql
