[Views] Updated register.tpl to handle new custom fields. also beautified the codes.
[SQL] Added a sql file for new custom fields which will edit `account_data` table.

Extra:
[Application/Library] Added date library which contains basic dates data.
[Application/Library] Added location library which contains countries and basic states data.
[Application/Language] Updated register language file to support new custom fields, also its now beautified (Farsi/Persian language included).

CAUTION: THIS MODULE CONTAINS A SQL FILE WHICH NEEDS MANUAL APPLY
