As you go make an arena team (2v2 for example) at the same time you hit create team, person B invites you to their team, now you should accept and you will see YOUR 2v2 team in the pvp tab but person B will be able to queue for arena but not yourself you will be able to queue but only for Your team. Not sure if achievements will work as you lv the team or if rewards from the rating system are available for your invisible team. Will update and try some more with this method only happened once but i didnt try it again as i am heading off to bed. I will update this thread tomorrow.
