So today after buying a wod key from gamestop for 4.99 I took it to get it redeemed and talked with a gm.

They were so adamant about not letting me use the token on my main
wow
account and stated that I would have to purchase a bchest and then they could activate the wod token on that account but it would not be able to be redeemed on my main
wow
account since it was a legion account.

So the process was explained to me as such. Some other things were said about my account etc however I did end up with my token about 10 minutes after I played around on a character. I hovered over it and it said redeemable on this battle.net account...

So I thought to myself... maybe it will show up on my main account when I switch over from wow1 to wow2 etc.

I know that after how they explained it to me I should not have been able to redeem it but it seems when they added the new token system that it will add it to the battle.net rather than the specific
wow
license as it was stated.

So for 4.99 I got a level 90 boost.

Best money I have spent on the game yet.

Process for those th
at didnt read the post.

Redeem wod key for boost on alternate
wow
license on same bnet.
Redeem boost on main
wow
license on same bnet.
Then do other stuffs.
