I started the server, MySQL, and the auth, but when i try to connect with the client, it says I need a battle.net account. Sorry If I sound like a noob, but How do I fix that?

Is there a way to change the amount of experience gained from kills and quests? I changed it in the worldserver config but when i restarted, nothing changed?
Fixed everything just a curious questions, is there any way to add playerbots into this?
