It appears that in Dalaran, for the horde, there is no tier 10 vendor, and no heirloom vendor. Also, if at all possible to fix, trainers are not training Bear Form, Dire Bear Form, Berserker Stance, Defensive Stance, etc., etc. Also, The Cold Weather Flying trainer in Dal. is not training CW. If these issues, along with already mentioned quest bug, that will be the end of MOST of my griping. :P
EDIT: I forgot to mention that upon ".recall port"ing to Designer Isle, I received a fatal error. Maybe that can be fixed as well?

Blizzard remade the Quest Packet 100% so it needs to be redone, and it will take some time.
I mean, srsly. It's Arcemu were talking about. ;)
