Having a number of issues on v7:

When playing as panderan. Starting in panderia, all quests worked until "Dafeng, the spirit of air". There is supposed to be a dragon but the dragon doesnt appear/spawn.
Starting as pandaren in Exile's reach, my horde Panderan started with alliance NPCs/questline, It worked until "cooking meat" there is no way of cooking the meat.

other issues: lots of battle pets can't be battled and there are problems with the flight masters not letting me into the flightpath menu/map, not with all of them, but some, and they just greet me with a generic message.
Found a few problems going to northern stranglethorn. I was playing hoard (in horde base) and there were enemy gurubashi troll NPCs that instantly killed me, once dead, graveyard spirit gave no option to resurrect, and once locating my body, was unable to resurrect from body (see attached image) this issue persisted after both relogging and restarting the server.

Also I've been unable to learn professions from many Horde NPCs (untested with alliance). Tried to add professions with command, Profession trainers would not teach recipes for professions learned this way. I've sought out profession trainers several places and all of them had this issue.
