Is there a way to change the mangos commands to arcemu commands? Like .move to be .summon etc... Like an sql of arcemu commands in a mangos DB format?

Change commands and command names are core related things. You will need to edit the commands in the core itself, to be specific, the chat.cpp file. You can edit all the commands in there.
