I have been tinkering with noggit and talis and a few other apps.
but the few guides i have followed to the letter just dont work.

I have read that noggit only works with wow version 1.12
and once you are done with your creation and Database work it sould all be packed into a mpq
but when i found a 1.12 version it didnt have the mpq that noggit was looking for.

I had it to the point were it would open the mpq i created but wouldnt show my area on the list within the main noggit select window.
i was wondering if someone good let me know if its still possiable to create such an area or has blizz nerf such a beautiful thing as world editing?
